Dr. Enoch will be taking part once again the kick-off parade for the annual Harvest Home Festival. The parade is one of the most anticipated events of the year, and there will be large numbers of spectators, making it a perfect opportunity to help the Enoch for Congress campaign introduce itself to West Side residents.
