By accessing or using any services provided by the Committee to Elect Enoch ("we," "us," or "our"), including this website, volunteer portal, and associated text message programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SMS / Text Message Communications

SMS Consent Disclosure

By providing your phone number and opting in through any of our sign-up methods, you agree to the following:

I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Committee to Elect Enoch/ Dr. Vanessa Enoch for Congress regarding campaign updates, volunteer opportunities, event reminders, voter information, and fundraising communications at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Message types you may receive include:

  • Campaign Updates — announcements, news, and general campaign communications
  • Volunteer Recruitment — calls to action, shift openings, and team needs
  • Phone Banking Reminders — shift start times, login links, and script links
  • Canvassing Assignments — turf assignments, walk list links, and field day logistics
  • Event Reminders — upcoming rallies, town halls, fundraisers, and campaign events
  • Voter Outreach — Election Day reminders, polling location info, and voter resources
  • Fundraising Communications — donation requests and campaign milestones

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or write to us at the address in Section 9 below.

Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Opt-in records are securely stored. No third-party lead lists are used — messages are sent only to individuals who have directly consented.

  • Paper sign-up forms at events, rallies, and canvassing operations
  • QR codes on campaign materials linking to a mobile opt-in page
  • Verbal consent during campaign events or outreach activities

3. Use of the Platform

This platform is intended for use by authorized campaign staff, volunteers, and supporters of the Committee to Elect Enoch. You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable federal and Ohio state campaign finance laws, including regulations of the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to collect or misuse personal data without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications to individuals who have not consented
  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation

4. Volunteer Information

Information you submit through our volunteer application form is collected for the purpose of campaign coordination and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

5. Political Disclaimers

All communications from this platform are paid for by the Committee to Elect Enoch, Catherine Johnson, Treasurer, P.O. Box 1362, West Chester, OH 45071. This campaign is not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee other than Vanessa Enoch for Congress.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, images, graphics, and campaign materials, is owned by or licensed to the Committee to Elect Enoch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Committee to Elect Enoch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
