Dr. Vanessa Enoch is a longtime Ohio business leader, problem-solver, and community advocate running for Congress in Ohio’s 8th District. For more than 25 years, she has led Cultural Impact, LLC, a management and technology consulting firm that helps organizations strengthen operations, modernize systems, and deliver results. She earned a Ph.D. in Public Policy from Union Institute & University and an MBA in Information Technology from Xavier University. As an award-winning journalist and radio and television reporter, Dr. Enoch has listened to working families and employers across our region and seen firsthand how decisions in Washington show up in everyday life—paychecks, health-care bills, and the cost of finding a safe, stable place to live.
Recognized for leadership in business and civic life, she brings practical experience and a solutions-first approach to public service. Dr. Enoch is running to make life more affordable for families who are doing everything right but still feel squeezed. For her, affordability means getting the basics back in sync—when costs rise faster than wages, families fall behind. That’s why she’s focused on updating the rules that drive up everyday costs, including the cost of health care and the cost of housing, and on expanding the availability of good places to rent or buy so people can live near their jobs and put down roots.
In Congress, she will fight for accountable government that works for people, not special interests.
